All returned items must be in new/original condition with no signs of wear or damage. For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please package your item securely in a hard box and mail it to us using an insured delivery service. Include return authorization # and your contact information inside package. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You will be notified by email once your return is complete. We will credit your credit card for the full amount, minus initial shipping and handling costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account. Credits for all returns will be made on the purchaser's account.
Damaged Items: Please notify us immediately if your package arrives damaged. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions when damages occur in transit. Please email

Repair Policy: We will repair any Danielle Miller Jewelry design purchased through our online store. Pieces purchased through retailers and galleries must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
